What is XBDPay?

XBDPay is a payments technology company that provides merchants with zero-risk access to Crypto payment acceptance.  As a platform, XBDPay continually updates its payment methods to stay ahead in the dynamic world of eCommerce.

How do you create an XBDPay account?

Follow a few simple steps to complete the quick verification process, and you’ll be all set!

1.  Sign Up: Click here to create your XBDPay account.

2.  Verification: Follow the XBDPay steps to complete the quick verification process.

3.  Link to BoxCommerce: Once verified, link your XBDPay account to your BoxCommerce store. (see point 4)

How to access your XBDPay account details:

3.1   Access Settings: Go to the Settings page in your XBDPay merchant portal.

3.2   Shop Details: Fill in your shop name, URL, description and support email.

3.3   Payment Methods: Enable payment methods such as Crypto Exchange, Bank Transfers and Crypto Wallets.

3.4 Customise Notifications: Set your email notification preferences and email address for notifications.

4.  After your account has been verified by XBDPay, you can retrieve your Merchant ID, Merchant Site ID and generate an API Key. To do this, simply navigate to https://merchant.xbdpay.com

5.  On your BoxCommerce dashboard navigate to “Store>Payments”, switch on the XBDPay toggle and add your new XBDPay account details.

What fees are applicable?

When using XBDPay on your BoxCommerce store, it's important to understand the associated fees and settlement process. BoxCommerce charges a 1% fee on the total transaction amount, while XBDPay applies a 1.5% transaction fee on the full transaction amount. 

 

How and when will you be settled?

We understand that cash flow is important to your business, and we don't want to hold on to your money. Both XBDPay and BoxCommerce prioritise prompt payment options for our merchants, ensuring that you receive your funds quickly and efficiently.

Payments will reflect on your XBDPay dashboard immediately after transactions are completed. Settlements can be processed daily, weekly or monthly depending on preferences selected on your XBDPay account.
