What are your login details?   

Login details are the credentials you use to access your BoxCommerce account, including your email address, mobile number or third-party login methods such as Facebook, Google or X. These credentials ensure secure access to your online store's dashboard.

Why are your login details important? 

Having secure login details ensures the safety of your BoxCommerce account and provides an easy way to access your dashboard. By linking multiple login methods, you enhance both convenience and security, making it easier to manage your online store without compromising protection.

How to Access Your Login Details

1.  Navigate:  To access your BoxCommerce login details click on “Account” in the left-hand side control panel, then click on the “Login options” tab.

1.1   Login options:  On the “Login options” page, you can view all available login options.  Use the toggle switch next to each login option to “On” or “Off” enable or disable your preferred login options.

Login options:

• Email login: This is the default login with an email or mobile number.
• Facebook login: Tap the toggle “On” to enable your Facebook account as a login option.
• Google login: Tap the toggle “On” to enable your Google account as a login option.
• Twitter login: Tap the toggle “On” to enable your (X) account as a login option.
