Order details are a complete overview of each transaction on your online store, including customer information, payment status, and purchased items.
Why are your order details important?
Understanding your customer’s purchasing patterns and helps you improve your customer engagement. Having detailed order information enables you to manage sales, fulfil orders efficiently and keep accurate order records.

How to View Your Order Details
1. Navigate: From your dashboard, locate the "To-do checklist" on the right-hand side. Click on "New order" displayed in red to view.
1.1 Orders view: From your store's control panel on the left-hand side, click on "Store" and select "Orders." This view displays a list of all your customers' current and past orders.
2. Filter by: Click on "Filter by" to sort orders by "Status," "Payment," "Delivery," "Channel," or "Date." Alternatively, use the search bar to find specific orders. Click "APPLY" or "CLEAR FILTER" as needed.
2.1 Status: After clicking on the “Status” drop-down filter, you can view the order’s current status, such as “Pending”, “Confirmed”, “Completed” or “Cancelled”.
2.2 Payment: After clicking on the “Payment status” drop-down filter, you can view the order’s current payment status, such as “Failed”, “Manual”, “Paid”, “Partially refunded”, “Pending”, “Pending confirmation” or “Refunded”.
2.3 Delivery: After clicking on the “Delivery” drop-down filter, you can view the order’s current delivery status, such as “Accepted”, “Cancelled”, “Delivered”, “Failed”, “Pending”, “Ready for collection”, “Scheduled” or “Shipped”.
2.4 Channel: After clicking on the “Channel” drop-down filter, you can view the order’s channel origin, such as “All”, “Web”, “Facebook”, “Instagram”, “X”, “Google”, “WhatsApp” or “Other”.
2.5 Date: After clicking on the “Date” drop-down filter, you can view the order’s delivery date, such as “All”, “30 days”, “60 days”, “90 days” or “Custom”.
Please note: To manage your orders, click the blue “Manage” button on the right-hand side of the order.
