Available Payment methods

We offer 2 primary methods, which is manual payments and payments through integrated partners. This allows you to cover a wide range of payment options to suit your needs.

Manual payments

Manual payments could be anything from Cash on delivery, Cash on collection, In-store payment, Manual EFT etc. the list is endless, these are payments that do not go through BoxCommerce, however, for KYC purposes, you will only be allowed to turn a manual payment on in conjunction with another reputable payment method.

Payments through integrated partners

Using payment providers requires you to go through the KYC process of each provider, this ensures that you are selling products that are according to acceptable guidelines and that you are an actual business.
