What is an activity log?
An activity log is a centralised record of actions taken within your online store performed by your allocated users or employees.
Why is an activity log important?
An activity log provides you with a detailed history of updates, changes or additions made to your online store by each user, ensuring full transparency and accountability for every activity.
How to View Your Activity Log (Mobile)
1. Navigate: Tap “Account” from the home screen menu, then tap “Activity log”.
2. Activity log overview: On the “Activity log” screen, you will see a list of logged activities within your online store. Tap on the grey arrow icon next to any activity to view additional details for that specific action.
2.1 Filter by: You can use the “Filter by” option to sort the activity log either by “User” or “Date”, then tap “APPLY”.
3. Activity details: After tapping the grey arrow icon, you can view additional information on that activity.
For example, you can view details such as “updated status”, “updated category language” and “time stamps”.

How to View Your Activity Log (Desktop)
1. Navigate: From the control panel on the left-hand side, click “Account”, then click “Activity log”. This will open an overview of logged activities.
Use the filters from the drop down menu to filter your “Activity log”
- Filter by “User”: View activities performed by specific users.
- Filter by “Date”: Display activities within a specific date range.
- Search: Enter keywords to locate particular activities.
2. Activity details: After clicking the grey arrow icon you can view additional details about the specific activity, for example, an “updated status”, “deleted category” and “timestamps”
