How to Schedule a Post for Social Media

Navigate: From the control panel on the left-hand side, click “Marketing”, then click “Social posts”. To create a post to schedule, click either the blue “CREATE A SOCIAL POST” or “SELECT A PRODUCT TO POST”.\
2. Create a post: To create a post, complete all the required information as detailed below, before scheduling your post:
- Post To: Select the social media channel(s) where you want your post to appear.
- Upload an Image: Add an image to make your post visually engaging.
- Text: Enter the main content of your post.
- URL: Include a link to direct users to your website or a specific product.
3. Scheduling a post: Under the “Schedule post” section, select “Schedule” by clicking the circle, then set the desired “Date” and “Time” you would like your post to go live, once done, click “CREATE POST” to save and schedule.
4. Complete post: After scheduling your post, confirm whether this post is complete or whether you’d like to save it as a draft to make changes later.
5. View scheduled posts: To view all your scheduled posts, navigate to the “Scheduled” tab. Here, you can view your scheduled post details, which include the following:
Post Details: See the content of your scheduled post.
- Channel: View which social media platform(s) the post is scheduled to be published to.
- Publish Time: View the exact date and time your post is set to go live.
- Edit Button: Click “Edit” to make changes to your scheduled post before it’s published.
- Delete Button: Click “Delete” to remove a scheduled post if you no longer want it to be published.
6. Delete scheduled post: After clicking the “Delete” button a pop up will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete this scheduled post? Click “DELETE” if you’re certain or “CANCEL” to return to the previous page.
