Monitoring your online store’s performance involves tracking key metrics displayed on your dashboard, such as “Open orders”, “Total Sales” and “Sales by channel”. These metrics provide insight into customer orders that need fulfilling, as well as the current total sales and sales via your social media channels, for example, Instagram or Facebook.

How to Monitor Your Online Store’s Performance
1. Home screen: For easy access to monitor your online store's performance, navigate to your home screen, which provides a quick summary of key metrics which include the following:
- Open Orders – This displays the number of customer orders that are ready to be fulfilled. This helps you track pending orders.
- Total Sales – This number shows the cumulative amount of all customer purchases, giving you an overview of your store's revenue.
- Sales by Channel – Here is a chart indicating the volume and value of sales from each sales channel, such as your website, social media platforms, and marketplaces. This helps you identify which channels are most effective for your business.
2. Set date range: Adjust the data display period by selecting “30”, “60” or “90” days, or choose a “Custom date range” for more specific insights into your online store's performance.
3. Open orders: This section displays the total number of orders that need to be fulfilled.
Please note: Orders that have been fulfilled and closed are not shown as part of your “Open orders.”
4. Total sales: View the overall sales generated by your store during the selected period.
Please note: The displayed currency reflects the country where your online store is located.
5. Sales by channel: The Sales by Channel graph shows your online store's sales on different platforms, helping you see where your sales are coming from.
6. Tasks and notifications: Access tasks and notifications by tapping the notification bell icon on your dashboard screen. This section lists important actions you need to take to optimise your store functionality and user experience.
