What is a Product Ribbon?
A product ribbon is a visual marker that draws attention to a specific product in your online store. It is used during sales or product launches to help make a particular product stand out in your online store.
For example, a seasonal sale might use a ribbon like "50% Off" to highlight discounted items during a seasonal promotion. Or a “New Arrival" ribbon to showcase the latest products added to your online store.
Why Use Product Ribbons?
By highlighting certain products with ribbons, you can increase customer interest and drive more sales. Product ribbons are a simple yet powerful tool to guide your customers’ attention toward key products.
How to Use Product Ribbons
1. Accessing your products: From the homepage, click on "Store" in the left-hand menu, then select "Products."
2. Adding products: If you haven’t uploaded your products yet, click “Add product” to add individual items or select "Import/export" to upload multiple products in bulk.

3. Enable product ribbon: Select a product that you want to add a ribbon to, then apply a product ribbon, toggle the switch to 'Yes'. Enter your ribbon text and select a colour that matches your brand. The ribbon will be previewed on the product image. Click "UPDATE" to apply the ribbon to your product.
