Product inventory management on BoxCommerce is the process of tracking and controlling your online store stock levels to help you ensure that you have products available to meet your customer demand.

Effective inventory management is crucial to running a successful online store. By managing your online inventory, you can prevent stockouts, reduce overstock and ensure that your customers can purchase the products that they want.
How to Manage Your Product Inventory
1. Navigate: From your control panel, navigate to Store>Products. Click on the blue “Add product” button to add a product or click on an existing product to edit inventory details.

2. Select product: After selecting the product you want to manage, scroll down to the “Manage delivery & inventory” section, where you can adjust the inventory settings. Enable inventory management by selecting “Yes.” You can also edit details such as “SKU”, “Cost price” and the “number of days to process the product.” Click “UPDATE” to save.
