What are social analytics?
Social analytics is the process of tracking and analysing data from your social platforms to understand performance, engagement and sales trends.
Why is social analytics important?
This feature within your BoxCommerce dashboard allows you to monitor the performance of your social commerce activities by providing a breakdown of which social media channel your sales are generated from.
How to Monitor Your Social Commerce Performance
- Navigate: From your control panel located on the left-hand side, click on "Social Commerce." from the expanded options, then select "Social Analytics." This will open the “Total orders” social commerce analytics dashboard, displaying a graphical overview of your sales performance by social media channel.
2. Use the date filter drop down menu to select the timeframe for analytics, which includes the following options:
- "All time"
- "30 days"
- "60 days"
- "90 days"
- “Custom date range”
2.1 Analyse by channel: After clicking on the social media channel, you’ll be directed to the “Orders details” page.
