What is Product Inventory Management?
Product inventory management on BoxCommerce is the process of tracking and controlling your online store stock levels to help you ensure that you have products available to meet your customer demand.

Effective inventory management is crucial to running a successful online store. By managing your online inventory, you can prevent stockouts, reduce overstock and ensure that your customers can purchase the products that they want.
How to Manage Your Product Inventory
1. Navigate: Tap on “Store” and then “Products.” Tap the purple dot circle in the top right-hand corner to add a product or click on an existing product to edit inventory details.

2. Select product: Tap on the product whose inventory you want to manage. A drop-down menu will appear, then tap “Edit this product” to access inventory details.
3. Manage product inventory: Scroll down to the “Manage your inventory section.” Here, you can enable BoxCommerce to manage your inventory by selecting “Yes” from the drop-down menu. You can also edit such as “SKU”, “Cost price” and the “number of days to process the product.” Tap “UPDATE” to save.
