Why is a published social media post important?

A published social media post increases awareness of your online store and helps you reach a wider audience. With BoxCommerce, you can manage and schedule posts seamlessly, saving time by eliminating the need to log in to each social media channel individually.

Please note:  Once a post is published, you cannot make changes to it directly from your BoxCommerce dashboard. To edit or delete the post, you will need to do so manually on the respective social media channel.
