After completing your setup of BoxCommerce to your Facebook Business Extension, you will then be required to create your Facebook Shop using Commerce Manager.
What is Facebook Commerce Manger?
Commerce Manager is a platform to manage your catalogue and sales on Facebook and Instagram. You can use commerce manager to set up a shop on Facebook, Instagram or both.
Why this is important to you?
We use Commerce Manager to create and manage your shop catalogue, which mirrors your BoxCommerce store. Your Facebook Commerce Manager will automatically be created for you when you create your Facebook shop.
How to go about creating your Facebook shop using commerce manager?
Step 1: After linking your BoxCommerce store to Facebook Business Extension, you will see the button below change from "Get started" to "Manage". Click on the "manage" button to continue.

Step 2: When you get to the shop integration page, click on the "Connect" button to set up your Facebook shop.

Step 3: This page will open in a separate tab. Here you will see an introduction to selling on Facebook, Instagram or both. Click on the next button to get started.

Step 4: To make sure that your customers checkout through your BoxCommerce store, select the "Checkout on another website" option below. This is going to ensure that customers viewing your products in your Facebook shop will be directed to your website to make payment.

Step 5: When choosing a sales channel, you will select the Facebook page linked to your business manager. This is the Facebook page where the shop tab will be displayed.

Step 6: Connect your Facebook business account to your Facebook shop, this will link the Commerce Manager to your Facebook business account.

Step 7: Once you've selected your business account, you will be asked to confirm your business email address, please provide your valid email address as you will be asked to verify it later.

Step 8: You will select the 'Recommended' catalogue, this is the catalogue where your products will automatically be synced to.

Step 9: Next you need to select which countries you will deliver to, this will also help define the currencies that you will be able to configure for your Facebook shop.

Step 10: This is your store preview, confirm that the below information is in order and agree to the Facebook's "Seller Agreement". Then click finish setup.

Step 11: Now you need to wait until your Facebook Shop and Commerce Manager are created, this takes a few moments.

Step 12: Your store is created and your catalogue will be synchronized. Your Facebook shop and Commerce Manager are then automatically submitted to Facebook for approval.

Things to note:
Your commerce account will need to be approved by Facebook, you will be notified by Facebook if there are any more actions needed. If your store is rejected by Facebook, you will be notified in your commerce account under the "Actions needed".
To avoid getting rejected, ensure that your store meets the commerce eligibility requirements.
