How to Monitor Your Online Store’s Performance
1. Your home page: After logging in, your home page provides a snapshot of your online store's key metrics, including “Open orders”, “Total sales”, “Sales by channel” and “Best selling products.
You can “View your website” by clicking the blue “View” button and publish it by toggling the "Online" button.
You'll also find your "To-do checklist" with recommended tasks and can view more “Tasks for our attention” or click on “View more tasks.”
You can also view new orders received by clicking on the red “New order”.
2. Set date range: You can customise the time period of the data displayed. For example, you can adjust this to 30, 60 or 90 days or a custom date range.
2.1 Change date range: Click on the drop down menu in the upper right corner of either the “Total sales”, “Open orders” or the “Sales by channel” section to set a specific date range.
3. Open orders: The “Open orders” section displays the number of orders ready to be fulfilled.
Please note: Orders that have been fulfilled and closed are not shown as part of your “Open orders.” You can navigate to Store>Orders to see all your orders.
4. Total sales: The “Total sales” section displays a summary of customer purchases within the selected time period range, providing a quick snapshot of revenue generated by your online store.
Please note: The displayed currency reflects the country where your online store is located.
5. Sales by channel: The Sales by channel graph presents your online store's sales data across various channels such as Facebook, Instagram and other communication channels.
6. Best selling products: The Best selling products section displays your top-performing products in your online store based on the number of sales.
7. View your website: To see how your online store looks to your customers, click the blue "View" button located at the top right corner of your dashboard.
