Order details are a complete overview of each transaction on your online store, including customer information, payment status, and purchased items.
Why are your order details important?
Understanding your customer’s purchasing patterns and helps you improve your customer engagement. Having detailed order information enables you to manage sales, fulfil orders efficiently and keep accurate order records.

How to View Your Order Details
1. Navigate: From your store's main menu screen, tap “Orders”, which takes you to a list of all your customers' current and past orders.
1.1 Home screen: Alternatively, you can navigate to your orders from your home screen by tapping on the bell icon at the top right-hand corner or tapping the “Orders” button at the bottom of the screen.
2. Order details: Your newest orders will be on top of the screen. Tap on the purple arrow to select a specific order you want to view.
3. Filter and search: Tap “Filter by” to sort order status by “Order status”, “Payment status”, “Shipping status”, “Channel” or “Date”. Or use the “Search” bar to find specific orders. Tap “APPLY” or “CLEAR FILTER” as required.
3.1 Order status: After tapping the “Order status” filter, you can view the order’s current order status, such as “Completed”, “Cancelled”, “Expired” or “Draft”.
3.2 Payment status: After tapping the “Payment status” filter, you can view the order’s payment status, such as “Pending”, “Manual”, “Pending confirmation” or “Failed”.
3.3 Shipping status: After tapping “Shipping status”, you can view the order’s shipping status, such as “Pending”, “Accepted”, “Ready for collection” or “Scheduled”.
3.4 Channel: After tapping the “Channel” filter, you can view the order’s channel origin, such as “Web”, “Facebook”, “Instagram” or “X”.
3.5 Date: After tapping the “Date” filter, you can view the order’s generation date, such as “All time”, “30 days”, “60 days” or “90 days”.
