What are customer details?

Customer details include your customer’s contact details, such as name, surname, email address and contact number.

Why are customer details important?

Your customer details give you the power to improve engagement by having direct access to your customers. For example, if there is a query, complaint or compliment, you can contact your customers directly.

How to View Your Customer Details

1.  Navigate:  From your “Store's” control panel on the left-hand side, click on "Customers" to view the list of all your customers, along with their “Name”, “Email address” and “Contact number”.  You can manage your customer’s details by clicking on the blue “Manage customer” button.  You also have the option to export your customer list by clicking on the purple “Export” button on the top right-hand side.

2.  Customer details:  After clicking the blue "Manage customer" button, you can view detailed customer information, including "First name," "Last name," "Email," "Contact number," and the delivery address they have entered for delivery.  You also have the option to add customer notes by filling in the "Title" and "Note" fields. For example, you may want to make a note of a regular customer’s birthday, dietary requirements or delivery notes for senior citizens.
