What are customer notes?
Customer notes are internal and visible only to you and your team. Use them to track customer feedback, requests, or issues that may help with orders for specific customers.
Why are customer notes important?
Customer notes help you give customers a personalised service and smooth order handling by recording important details.
For example, you may want to add a note if your customer has specific allergies or preferences when it comes to certain products, has an upcoming birthday or notes to reward regular customers.
How to Manage Customer Notes (Mobile)
1. Navigate: From the main menu tap “Store” then tap “Customers”.
2. View notes: Select a customer to view their details by tapping the grey arrow circle.
3. New note details: Enter a customer note “Title” and fill in a description, then tap “SAVE”.
4. Add a note: Tap the purple ‘+’ button to create a new note. Enter a title and description to record important details, then tap “Save”. Or tap the pencil to edit an existing customer note or tap the red bin to delete.
