What are customer details?

Customer details include your customer’s contact details, such as name, surname, email address and contact number.

Why are customer details important?

Your customer details give you the power to improve engagement by having direct access to your customers. For example, if there is a query, complaint or compliment, you can contact your customers directly.

How to View Your Customer Details

1.  Navigate:  From your main menu, tap "Store", then tap "Customers" to view your customer list.

2.  View and export:  Your customer list is displayed in alphabetical order. To export a complete customer list, tap the purple "Export" button in the top right-hand corner to download the data as an Excel or CSV file, or tap the grey arrow button to view customer details.

3.  Customer details:  Tap "Customer details" to view detailed information for your customer.

4.  Customer information:   Your customer details section includes important information such as customer's “Full name”, “Email address”, “Contact number” and their delivery address they have entered

for delivery.

Please note:  When your customer changes any of their details, you will automatically have access to their updated information.
