Managing local delivery services

BoxCommerce works with multiple shipping partners to ensure that your goods reach your customers as quickly and as easily as possible. We also manage the delivery partner relationships so you do not have to. All you need to do is turn on the toggle next to your preferred delivery option, we will then collect the delivery fee during checkout to pay for the delivery. We offer various delivery options, ranging from motorbikes, pickups/vans as well as trucks. We offer fast premium delivery options as well as slower, more affordable delivery options.

Local delivery refers to in-country deliveries, from inner-city to inter-city and nationwide courier deliveries. Customs and duties do not apply to local deliveries.

Activating local delivery services

To activate the local delivery option turn on the toggle next to local delivery. Remember to also check your collection point address at the bottom of your screen, this is the address that courier companies will use to collect goods from you to deliver to your customers.
